1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cinema Cafe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are displayed in the currency selected and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us at hello@cinema-cafe-biz.com. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cinema Cafe or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Cinema Cafe.

6. Limitation of Liability
